Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Richmondd Global School in Recent Delhi. The role is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations across classrooms, corridors, washrooms, offices, and sports facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Key tasks include assigning duties to housekeeping staff, monitoring work quality, ensuring proper use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment, and maintaining linen and laundry services as required.

The supervisor will coordinate with school administration to respond to service requests, handle minor maintenance-related reporting, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, maintaining duty rosters, documenting housekeeping activities, and supporting a welcoming setting for students, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task allocation, performance monitoring, and basic record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess hands-on housekeeping skills, with knowledge of cleaning procedures,

- Prior experience in housekeeping supervision in schools, hotels, hospitals, or similar institutions is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours if needed, including early mornings or late evenings on school event days.

- Minimum of a high school diploma; vocational training or certification in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage.
