Job Title: House Manager

Location: Mumbai

Compensation: ₹45,000/ per month (depending upon experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally polished and experienced House Manager to oversee the seamless functioning of a high-end private residence for a UHNWI family. This role demands a qualified with a strong background in luxury hospitality who brings discretion, sophistication, and operational excellence to every aspect of the household.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the residence, ensuring impeccable standards across all functions
- Lead and manage household staff, including housekeeping, service, and support teams, with a strong focus on discipline, training, and efficiency
- Supervise housekeeping operations to maintain hotel-grade cleanliness and presentation standards
- Plan and execute high-end private events, ensuring flawless guest experiences
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including décor, service flow, vendor management, and guest engagement
- Manage procurement of inventory for both household operations and events,



ensuring quality and cost efficiency
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities across teams and ensure timely execution
- Act as the central point of coordination across all departments to ensure smooth and synchronized operations
- Engage with guests during events with confidence, warmth, and professionalism

Candidate Profile
- thirty five and above
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality (preferably from leading hotels or premium service environments)
- Prior experience working in a UHNWI household is highly preferred
- Strong exposure to high-end event planning and execution
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly presentable, confident, and adaptable personality
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
