Role Description The Hotel Reservation Associate or Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based at The Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino in the South Goa district. The role involves managing reservations through phone, email, and online channels; updating booking details in the property management system; and ensuring accurate room allocation and rate application. Daily tasks include responding promptly to guest inquiries, providing clear information on room types, packages, and promotions, and coordinating with front office, sales, and revenue teams to optimize occupancy.





The Team

Leader variant additionally supervises reservation staff, monitors performance, and helps implement reservation processes and standards. Both levels focus on delivering courteous, efficient service, handling modifications and cancellations, and supporting a seamless arrival experience for guests.

Qualifications

- Solid customer service, hospitality, and guest relationship skills, with a professional and welcoming communication style.
- Experience with hotel reservation systems, property management software, and basic MS Office tools.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and inquiries, resolve issues calmly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- For Team Leader roles: prior experience supervising reservation or front office teams and contributing to process improvement.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages commonly used by guests is an advantage.
- Previous experience in hotels, resorts, or travel and tourism is preferred; casino or luxury hospitality exposure is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
