Role Description The Hotel Management Trainer will deliver classroom and practical training sessions in hospitality and hotel management, following the academy’s curriculum and learning outcomes. This full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad involves planning lessons, preparing training materials, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The trainer will demonstrate hotel operations standards, including front office procedures, housekeeping basics, food and beverage service, customer service excellence, and professional grooming.

Responsibilities include mentoring students on workplace readiness,



supporting interview and internship preparation, and maintaining high training quality and discipline in the learning environment. The trainer will collaborate with other faculty members and management to continuously improve course content and align training with current industry practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively train learners and model professional service behavior.
- Candidates should possess Training and Management Development skills to design sessions, deliver instruction, and support learner growth into hospitality professionals.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to evaluate learner performance, adapt teaching methods, and improve training effectiveness.
- Relevant experience in hotel management, hospitality operations, or hospitality education, preferably in reputed hotels or institutes.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field; advanced certifications in training or hospitality are an advantage.
- Ability to engage diverse learners, use modern training tools, and maintain a professional and inclusive classroom setting.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting schedules, and readiness to work on-site at the Ahmedabad campus.
