Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and guest seating.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Coordinate with the service team for table availability.
- Attend to guest queries and special requests.
- Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Well-groomed and professionally presented.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Previous restaurant/hotel experience is preferred; freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
