Manager - Hospitality
Base- Noida. Monthly travel to Mumbai ~30%
Experience- 10-12 years
Education- Preferably hospitality graduate with core office administration experience
Key responsibilities
1.Hospitality & Workplace Experience (Individual responsibility)
- Ensure high standards of hospitality services for employees, visitors, and senior leadership.
- Drive workplace experience initiatives that enhance employee comfort, engagement, and productivity.
- Maintain service standards aligned with our vision for Hospitality function.
- Training support staff in transitioning from administrative to hospitality centred approach.
2.Office Administration & Facility Management Including Guest House ( Leading & supervising Admin Associates)
- Manage end-to-end administration and facility operations across Noida and Mumbai offices.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure, utilities, workstations, meeting rooms and common areas.
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of office facilities, equipment and assets.
- Ensure workplace safety, security, housekeeping and statutory requirements are always maintained.
- Manage office space planning, seating allocation and workplace readiness for recent hires and business expansion.
3.Events & Corporate Engagement Support ( Takes lead in these & collaborate with other team members)
- Plan and coordinate internal events, leadership meetings, townhalls, annual conferences, employee engagement activities and celebrations.
- Support logistics for external/internal meetings, offsites and business events including venue management, travel, accommodation, catering and event vendors.
- Ensure seamless execution of events within approved budgets and timelines.
- Driving employee clubs
4.Vendor Management & Procurement ( Individual responsibility)
- Manage relationships with facility management agencies, housekeeping vendors, security agencies, travel partners and other service providers.
- Lead vendor selection, onboarding, contract management, performance reviews and renewals.
- Monitor service levels through defined KPIs and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality and employee experience.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices, budget adherence and documentation compliance.
5.Fleet, Transport & Driver Management ( Leading & supervising Admin Associates)
- Manage company-owned and leased vehicles across locations.
- Oversee deployment, scheduling and utilization of company drivers.
- Ensure compliance related to vehicle registration, insurance, permits, maintenance, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor fuel consumption, repair costs and fleet utilization to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure safe transportation practices and adherence to company policies.
6.Governance, Budgeting & Process Excellence ( Individual responsibility)
- Manage administration budgets and monitor expenses against approved plans.
- Establish and strengthen SOPs, service standards, controls, and governance mechanisms.
- Managing audits- Internal & External
- Maintain records related to office assets, contracts, facilities, and vendor agreements.
- Drive digitization, automation, and process improvements across administration functions.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards and management reports on facilities, fleet utilization, vendor performance, costs and service quality.
