Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, relationship-driven sales professional to drive institutional business development for our Corporate Wealth Solutions vertical. This role is akin to a Key Account Manager (KAM) — you will own a portfolio of corporate relationships, acquire new corporate accounts, and act as the primary point of contact between 360 ONE and CXOs/senior leadership at partner organizations.
The mandate is twofold
- New client acquisition – identify, pitch, and onboard corporates as institutional partners.
- Account management & penetration – deepen relationships within onboarded corporates to convert CXOs, senior leadership, and employees into 360 ONE's HNI wealth clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and map target corporates (mid-to-large enterprises, MNCs, unicorns/growth-stage companies) for workplace wealth partnerships.
- Build a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, industry events, and CXO-level outreach.
- Leverage 360 ONE’s internal ecosystem to identify high potential corporates
- Design and deliver compelling pitches on 360 ONE's workplace wealth proposition to CHROs, CFOs, CEOs, and other CXOs.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure of corporate partnership agreements.
Key Account Management
- Serve as the single point of contact for onboarded corporate accounts, ensuring strong relationship continuity.
- Drive structured engagement programs (leadership workshops, wealth clinics, one-on-ones) to convert senior employees into individual wealth clients.
- Collaborate with internal wealth advisory,
product, and relationship management teams to ensure smooth client handoff and servicing.
- Track account health, usage/penetration metrics, and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with CXOs and HR/Finance leadership at partner corporates.
- Represent 360 ONE at corporate and industry forums to build brand visibility in the institutional space.
- Work closely with senior management to shape go-to-market strategy for the workplace banking business.
Reporting & Governance
- Drive end-to-end execution from opportunity identification to onboarding and activation
- Maintain accurate pipeline, account, and revenue tracking (CRM discipline).
- Prepare periodic business reviews and strategic updates which includes and is not limited to providing regular reporting on success metrics such as new acquisitions, account penetration, and revenue contribution to leadership.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in institutional sales, corporate banking/salary accounts, B2B2C business development, or key account management — preferably from BFSI, wealth management, private banking,
or corporate banking backgrounds.
- Demonstrated experience selling into or managing relationships at the CXO/senior leadership level.
- Prior exposure to workplace banking, salary account programs, ESOP advisory, or corporate wealth tie-ups is a strong plus.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong business development instincts — comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and building a pipeline from scratch.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence; ability to hold their own in a room with CXOs.
- Consultative sales approach — able to translate a broad “workplace banking bundle” into a tailored pitch for each corporate's needs.
- High ownership mindset — comfortable owning both hunting (new logo acquisition) and farming (account deepening).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Process orientation — disciplined about CRM, reporting, and pipeline hygiene.
Education
- Graduate/MBA from a reputed institute (preferred but not mandatory for the right experience profile).
What Success Looks Like
- A healthy, growing pipeline of corporate partnerships across target segments.
- Increasing penetration (CXO and senior employee sign-ups) within onboarded accounts.
- Strong, referenceable relationships with key corporate stakeholders that translate into repeat business and referrals.
Note: This is a business development (BD) role focused on current client acquisition; ongoing client management post-onboarding will be handled by the Client Relations team.
