At Rocket India, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Investor Services Analyst to support monthly reporting, remittance, and reconciliation activities for FNMA, FHLMC, and PLS investors. In this role, you will work on investor pool reporting, cash variance analysis, loan acquisitions, service releases, and advance analysis while partnering with internal business teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant investor servicing outcomes.
About the Role
- Perform assigned monthly investor reporting, remittance, and reconciliation activities for GSE and PLS investors, including FNMA, FHLMC, and private-label investor portfolios.
- Support simple to medium-complex investor pool closures, outage analysis, and variance resolution during the reporting cycle.
- Conduct root cause analysis of exception reports and identify required data corrections to support accurate investor reporting.
- Perform deep-dive analysis of cash variances, identify accurate reasons for outages, and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to clear open items.
- Support functions related to loan acquisitions, service releases, corporate advances, and principal and interest advance analysis.
- Partner with internal business teams to resolve reporting discrepancies, improve process accuracy, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Review data, reports, and reconciliations with a strong focus on accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined timelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, create efficiencies, and support continuous improvement within Investor Services.
- Communicate clearly with investors and internal stakeholders on reporting, reconciliation, and exception-related matters.
About You
Minimum Qualifications
- 0-1 Year (Freshers also can apply)
- Strong understanding of reporting, remittance, reconciliation, exception management, and variance analysis processes.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve reporting or cash-related discrepancies with accuracy and urgency.
- Intermediate to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large data sets, formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and reporting templates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with investors and internal business teams.
- Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to manage daily activities in a structured manner and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain quality in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
