any grad. or under. Grad with a minimum 01 year of international voice exp. can apply,
shift timing - rotational, no cab,
salary up to - Rs.40000 + incentives, 5 days a week working with Saturday and Sunday off. Company covers 2 Saturdays in a month and pays 2 days extra salary.
Key Responsibilities
Handle collection and customer accounts
Resolve customer queries and support account resolution
Process account updates while ensuring compliance
Coordinate with internal teams for timely case resolution
