We are hiring for Sr. Executive HR Payroll Processor (SAP Payroll) for an exciting prospect in Coimbatore.

Experience: 2+ Years

Qualification: Bachelors Degree in HR / Business Administration / Commerce

Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA

What You'll Do

- Process end-to-end payroll using SAP Payroll.
- Perform accurate Gross-to-Net payroll calculations.
- Handle off-cycle payroll, claims, retroactive payments, and adjustments.
- Manage payroll posting and reconciliation activities.
- Perform detailed data validation, auditing, and quality checks.
- Generate payroll and tax-related reports.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GCC Labour Laws.
- Work closely with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Maintain the highest standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.





What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in Payroll Processing

Hands-on experience in SAP Payroll

Strong understanding of Payroll Calculations & Validation

Advanced MS Excel skills formulas, dashboards & data models

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and documentation skills

Knowledge of GCC Labour Laws is an added advantage
