About the Role

We are hiring an Associate Brand Strategist to join the strategy team of a leading sports, entertainment, and media organization. The role involves turning business and communication challenges into sharp strategies, insights, and creative directions.

Key Responsibilities

- Decode client briefs and identify business, communication, and consumer challenges.
- Conduct consumer, category, competitor, and cultural research.
- Develop brand positioning, communication territories, and campaign ideas.
- Create strategic presentations and client-facing recommendation decks.
- Collaborate with creative, client servicing, digital, content, and media teams.




- Support new business pitches and integrated campaign planning.

Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in brand strategy/planning/communications strategy within an advertising or marketing agency.
- Mass Media/Communications background preferred.
- Robust strategic thinking, research, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with brand tracking and audience insight tools.
- Exposure to digital, social, OOH, content, and integrated campaigns.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, brands, and cultural trends.
