Role Overview:

Looking for a client-facing Adobe CJA Technical Consultant with robust experience in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and digital analytics implementation.

Mandatory Skills:

- Adobe CJA – Connections, Data Views & implementation
- AEP – Core concepts, Schemas & Datasets
- Adobe Analytics Source Connectors & Analytics-to-CJA migration
- WebSDK / MobileSDK
- Strong JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX & Web Services/APIs
- Adobe Launch / Tag Management
- HTML & Web protocols
- Strong client-facing communication & presentation skills

Key Responsibilities:





- Lead and support CJA implementation projects
- Validate data, troubleshoot implementation issues & identify gaps
- Gather business/technical requirements and KPIs
- Advise clients and implementation partners on best practices
- Collaborate with Adobe teams and customer stakeholders

Good to Have: CJA APIs, Adobe Analytics, Target, AEM, Mobile/OTT Analytics, Web/Mobile App development.
