KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Handle day-to-day insurance operations
· Coordinate with insurance companies and clients
· Follow up on policies and endorsements
· Send renewal intimations and follow up until policy renewal
· Handle client communication and email correspondence
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
· Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
· Willingness to learn and work in an IT-enabled workplace
· Must have a 2-wheeler
· Willingness to travel within the city for work-related activities
