Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, offering a compensation of approximately INR 35,000 per month.

The Healthcare

Management professional (MPH/MHA/MBA in Health or Pharmacy) will coordinate and manage health and wellness programs, ensuring effective implementation across corporate, school, and community settings. Daily responsibilities include planning and monitoring wellness initiatives, liaising with insurance partners and healthcare providers, handling beneficiary queries, and maintaining accurate program documentation and reporting. The role involves analyzing health data and feedback to improve service quality, supporting compliance with relevant guidelines, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize operations. The professional will also participate in client meetings, support outreach activities, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of Plan My Health’s preventive and wellness services.

Qualifications

- Completed MPH, MHA,



or MBA in Health or Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Strong foundation in healthcare management, health systems, and preventive health services.
- Ability to coordinate wellness programs, manage operations, and handle stakeholder communication.
- Competence in data handling, basic health analytics, and reporting using standard office tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric and professional approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort working in office in Mumbai and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in insurance, corporate wellness, hospital administration, or public health programs is an advantage.
- Understanding of Indian healthcare and insurance landscape, including wellness and preventive care trends.
