Shift Timings

Candidates should be versatile to work in either of the following shifts:

- 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM
- 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our Healthcare Operations team as a Health Processor.

Key Responsibilities

- Support health payer member enrollment processes.
- Manage premium billing and payment application activities.
- Perform provider demographic data updates.
- Process core medical claims accurately and within defined timelines.
- Provide customer service support to healthcare providers and members.
- Track, investigate, and resolve provider and member inquiries.




- Ensure compliance with operational and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Requirements

- Any Graduation.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Willingness to work from the Chennai office.
- Flexibility to work in evening/night shifts.

For Experienced Candidates PF and Form 16 documents from all previous organizations are mandatory during the hiring process.
