What would you do? You would be working on Premium Billing, which is a part of the Enrollment process. You will take care of Member plan premium amount details like calculating the premium, checking for any mismatch in amount, and identifying if there is any outstanding amount. You will be responsible for posting the correct amount in the client portal. Billing involves managing the process of invoicing Medicare Member plan premium. This includes generating accurate invoices, tracking payments, and resolving any billing issues. The goal is to ensure timely and correct payment posting.
Responsibilities include maintaining billing records and ensuring compliance with financial policies. This role is essential for maintaining financial accuracy. You will work on business solutions that support the enrollment and billing functions, leveraging a knowledge of processes and systems to implement and maintain customer (employer group and member) benefit and enrollment data, as well as perform premium billing and reconciliation.
What are we looking for? We are looking for a resource with Medicare Premium Billing experience. A valuable understanding of the requirements from the client and the ability to work on the same is essential. You must be ready to work in US shift time, with no rotational or morning shifts.
