- Coach leaders on talent development and succession planning The Successful Applicant - 15-18 years of HR experience with significant exposure to both Talent Management and Learning & Development.
- Experience in succession planning, leadership development, talent reviews, and capability building.
- Excellent communication, strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
