Requisition Description /n •Lead the PMO team as Head - PMO /n •Develop, implement, and continuously update the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Master Schedules across all project stages (design, procurement, construction, closeout) /n •Oversee all aspects of project scheduling, including baseline development, detailed task breakdowns (WBS), progress tracking, delay analysis, and developing contingency/acceleration plans. /n •Manage design coordination, including RFI processes, drawing registers (inward/outward/revisions), and formal design change management. /n •Prepare and issue all required project reports, presentations (including MIS), and conduct daily site visits to monitor physical progress against schedule. /n •Lead all project-level communications, facilitate meetings (PCG, progress reviews, design reviews), and ensure seamless information flow among all stakeholders. /n •Establish and manage processes for identifying, assessing, mitigating risks, managing changes, and resolving issues proactively throughout the project lifecycle. /n •Prepare and execute the comprehensive handover schedule,



ensuring collection of all required documents (O&M; manuals, as-built drawings, warranties) and final project closure. /n •Ensure adherence to quality standards, assist with data for audits (IMS, ESG), and support regulatory requirements, maintaining meticulous project documentation. /n •Support the integration of project data with tools like SAP and Aerchain, and leverage BIM methodologies for 4D/5D simulations and model coordination. /n •Manage and provide full support for arbitration cases, including preparing claims/counter-claims and attending hearings until dispute settlement. /n Education /n BE (Civil),BTECH (Civil) /n Certifications /n Approvals /n Skills /n /n
