The Operations Manager/Head will be responsible for end-to-end operational management across the company’s factories at Panvel & Vapi and the Khar corporate office. The role will drive productivity, cost optimization, process improvement, compliance, and coordination across key business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Factory & Operations

- Oversee production, machine maintenance, quality, productivity, manpower, inventory, and daily production targets.
- Manage plant infrastructure, security, safety, spare parts, Capex/Opex, and operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement improvements to reduce downtime and operational costs.

Supply Chain & Logistics

- Manage vendor development, vendor performance, procurement coordination, and cost optimization.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics and ensure timely customer deliveries.
- Develop and monitor SOPs for SCM and operations.

Exports

- Oversee export documentation, statutory compliance, customer coordination, contracts, and delivery schedules.




- Ensure smooth execution of export orders and customer satisfaction.

Accounts & Compliance

- Coordinate with CA/CS for statutory compliance, audits, GST, accounts, and timely filings.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and identify operational/legal risks.

Administration & HR

- Oversee administration of factories and corporate office, including facilities, AMC, insurance, safety, security, and government/local liaison.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, L&D;, HR compliance, and payroll coordination.
- Manage labour contractors and workforce requirements.

Process & Leadership

- Develop, implement, and regularly audit SOPs, policies, KPIs/KRAs, and performance systems.
- Ensure ISO compliance and coordinate audits and corrective actions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams while driving continuous improvement and overall business efficiency.
