Role Description The Head of People Technology is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and optimization of HR technology across the organization. This role oversees the design and integration of people-focused systems and processes, ensuring they align with HummingBird’s Responsible AI and total talent philosophy.

Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and selecting HR tools, collaborating with HR and business leaders to digitize and streamline employee lifecycle processes,



and driving data-driven insights for workforce planning and engagement. The Head of People Technology will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws, maintain high standards of employee experience, and champion change management for recent technology initiatives. The role also involves monitoring system performance, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement of people technology solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience overseeing end-to-end HR processes and systems.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies, with the ability to ensure compliance and support responsible, fair workplace practices.
- Experience in Employee Relations, including building trust, resolving concerns, and supporting a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Proven track record in HR technology implementation and optimization, including HRIS, ATS, and related platforms.
- Ability to use data and analytics for decision-making, workforce planning, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills to drive adoption of new tools and practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments and familiarity with AI-driven HR solutions is an advantage.
