We're Hiring: Head of Human Resources

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Role Type: Full-time | Leadership

Eduflair is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead and strengthen our growing HR function.

This is not a traditional HR administration role. We are looking for a proven HR leader who can build strong systems, lead the HR team, solve complex people challenges, and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall talent acquisition and workforce planning strategy

Develop effective hiring strategies and build a robust talent pipeline

Build and implement Learning & Development initiatives

Establish strong KRA/KPI, performance management, and appraisal systems

Handle employee relations, engagement, conflicts, and disciplinary matters

Strengthen compensation, payroll, benefits, and HR operations

Develop robust HR SOPs and employee lifecycle processes

Improve HRMS utilization, reporting, and people analytics

Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team

Mandatory Requirements





8+ years of practical experience in Human Resources

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution is mandatory

Proven experience across Talent Acquisition, L&D;, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations

Experience working in a professionally managed organization

Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR systems and processes

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills

Native-level Malayalam communication

- Very strong English and Hindi communication skills
