Our client is a MNC, with a significantly large CoE set-up in Bangalore

- Manage global FP&A; function for a CoE

- Handle a large team set-up with the FP&A; function

- Monitor budgets and optimise financial performance

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes

- Lead and mentor the finance team

The Successful Applicant

- Qualified CA

- 20 years of post-qualification experience

- Prior experience managing large teams (100 FTEs) is a must

- Good leadership and team management skills

- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
