Role Description: The Head of Finance & Accounts is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for leading the finance and accounting function of Universal Quartz & Natural Stone Pvt Ltd. This role oversees the preparation, review, and consolidation of financial statements, manages financial reporting cycles, and ensures compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, cost control, and financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.

The Head of Finance & Accounts will supervise the accounts team, establish and monitor internal controls, coordinate audits, and liaise with banks, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders. The role also contributes to long-term financial planning, risk management, and process improvement across finance and accounts.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance with experience in managing end-to-end finance and accounts functions.
- Hands-on experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting,



including compliance with applicable standards.
- Proficiency in Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to support business planning and performance monitoring.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Proven experience in leading finance teams, setting up internal controls, and managing audits and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting software and strong MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance, with significant experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Finance & Accounts for domestic and export operations.
- Manage accounting, MIS, budgeting, costing, cash flow, and working capital.
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and statutory compliances.
- Manage export finance, LCs, banking, foreign currency and export receivables.
- Monitor dealer credit limits, domestic receivables and outstanding payments.
- Manage banking relationships, working-capital limits and treasury.
- Oversee product costing, inventory valuation and manufacturing cost analysis.
- Ensure strong internal controls and ERP/SAP accuracy.
- Prepare monthly MIS covering sales, margins, profitability, receivables, inventory and cash flow.
- Provide financial insights for pricing, expansion, investments, and strategic decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.

Candidate Profile:

- Strong experience in manufacturing and export finance.
- Excellent knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, and export processes.
- Strong understanding of costing, profitability and working capital.
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP and Advanced Excel.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and commercial decision-making skills.
