What We’re Looking For

- 8-12 years building large consumer technology platforms
- Strong experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architecture
- Deep understanding of scalable backend systems
- Experience with video streaming platforms or high-scale consumer apps
- Strong engineering leadership with hands-on technical credibility
- Ability to build and lead a lean but strong engineering team

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Platform Architecture

You will define the architecture for next-generation streaming platform.

Think

- distributed systems
- microservices architecture
- scalable APIs
- high-concurrency systems
- observability and SRE practices
- This platform must scale to millions of viewers globally while staying fast, reliable, and efficient.

Video Streaming Platform You will lead the engineering of the video platform including:

- ingestion and encoding pipelines
- adaptive bitrate streaming workflows
- playback performance optimization
- CDN strategy and delivery architecture
- DRM and content protection

Low latency, high reliability, and smooth playback are non-negotiable. Consumer Platform Systems The backbone of our product includes:

- user identity and authentication
- subscription and billing platforms
- entitlement systems




- CMS and content metadata platforms
- recommendation and personalization systems

You’ll architect and scale these systems. Client Applications reaches audiences across multiple devices.

You will oversee engineering for:

- iOS and Android apps
- Web platform
- Connected TVs (Android TV, Smart TVs, Roku TV etc.)

Consistency and performance across screens matter. Cloud & Platform Reliability

Design and run a cloud-native infrastructure optimized for:

§ performance

§ resilience

§ cost efficiency

You’ll implement solid DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response practices. AI-Ready Platform Entertainment technology is changing rapidly.

Our platform should be ready for AI-driven experiences including:

§ intelligent recommendations

§ content discovery

§ automated metadata enrichment

§ operational intelligence

You’ll ensure the architecture is ready for this shift.

Pay: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
