About the Role

As the AI Leader, you will define and lead the company’s AI strategy, architecture, and execution across all products and platforms.

This role combines deep technical leadership with organizational ownership. You will oversee AI infrastructure, model development, platform reliability, and AI product innovation while partnering closely with product, engineering, and design teams to translate business goals into impactful AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead the company-wide AI vision, roadmap, and technical strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Architect, own, and scale enterprise-grade AI infrastructure powering production LLM and multimodal use cases.
- Build and oversee agentic AI systems capable of multi-step reasoning, memory management, orchestration, and tool execution.
- Partner with product, engineering, security, and leadership teams to rapidly prototype and productionize AI initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing AI engineering teams that foster innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks,



and research trends to maintain a competitive advantage and accelerate innovation.

Key Requirements

- 8+ years of experience building and scaling distributed backend, platform, or infrastructure systems in high-growth environments.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering production AI/LLM systems at scale.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems with tool integrations, orchestration frameworks, and memory systems.
- Solid understanding of LLM evaluation methodologies, observability, monitoring, guardrails, and AI reliability engineering.
- Experience fine-tuning large language models, developing custom models, or working with open-source model ecosystems.
- Hands-on exposure to model optimization and acceleration frameworks such as ONNX, TensorRT, quantization, distillation, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and AI deployment patterns across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and business decisions.
