Head – Corporate RelationsAditya School of Business Management (ASBM), Mumbai is looking for an experienced and well-connected professional to lead its Corporate Relations Department.

Role OverviewThe Head – Corporate Relations will be responsible for strengthening ASBM’s corporate ecosystem and driving Final Placements, Summer Internships, Corporate Training Programmes, Consultancy Assignments and Industry Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Final Placements and Summer Internships.
- Develop relationships with leading organisations, recruiters, HR leaders and senior corporate professionals across India.
- Expand the pool of recruiters and create new placement and internship opportunities.
- Build long-term industry–academia partnerships.
- Drive Corporate Training Programmes, MDPs and Executive Development initiatives.
- Generate and manage consultancy and corporate projects for the institution.
- Engage corporates for live projects, guest lectures, mentoring and other industry interactions.
- Represent ASBM at corporate forums, networking events and industry platforms.
- Work closely with academic leadership to improve students' industry readiness and employability.
- Lead the Corporate Relations team with measurable placement and corporate-engagement targets.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognised institution.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations,



Placements, Industry Relations or Business Development.
- Experience with a reputed Business School, Management Institute, Postgraduate Institution or University is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of developing corporate relationships and generating placement/internship opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking and presentation skills.
- Strong business development and relationship-management orientation.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Extensive corporate network across India.
- Strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, L&D; Heads, Business Leaders and CXOs.
- Ability to engage and onboard top Indian and multinational organisations.
- Strong understanding of the MBA/PGDM placement and recruitment ecosystem.
- Proactive, target-driven and capable of independently building new corporate relationships.
- Ability to create sustainable opportunities across placements, internships, training and consultancy.
