Requirements: Strong experience in North Indian food & restaurant kitchens Ability to create/revamp menus & develop recent dishes Develop unique/signature dishes Manage & train the kitchen team Maintain consistent taste, quality & portioning Control food wastage and maintain kitchen hygiene Experience in restaurant operations preferred We are looking for a creative chef who can bring new ideas and dishes , not just handle regular cooking.
