Job Overview: -

We are seeking a skilled Sr. ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of experience to join our HCL DRYiCE Product team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), including CMDB, and proven development skills in ServiceNow scripting and configuration.

B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related technical field or proof of exceptional skills in related fields with practical software engineering experience.

Required Skills & Experience: -

- At least 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Experience in the SecOps Domain would be highly desirable.
- Strong hands-on experience with: -
- - Third-party integrations.




- - Scripted REST APIs.
- - Import Sets.
- - Integration Hub.
- Work Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune & Noida.
- Work Mode: Remote or Hybrid Model.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Configure and customize core ITSM applications, including Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB.
- Configure and Maintain Discovery executions
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and Client Scripts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and support for ServiceNow applications.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.

Good to have:

- Exposure to IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery.
