Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hairstylist role located in Surat. The Hairstylist will consult with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable styles and treatments, and perform haircuts, styling, coloring, and other basic hair services. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, ensuring proper use of hair care products and tools, and adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

The role also involves building positive client relationships, managing appointment schedules,



and contributing to a supportive team environment. The Hairstylist is expected to stay updated on current trends and techniques to provide modern, professional services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Hair Styling and Hair Care skills, including cutting, styling, and basic treatments.
- Candidates should possess Cosmetology knowledge, with an understanding of hair products, coloring techniques, and salon hygiene standards.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to consult with clients and ensure a positive salon experience.
- Relevant certifications or training in hairstyling or cosmetology are preferred.
