About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Merchandising Intern to join our Hardgoods team, supporting international buying-house operations from sourcing to production and shipment. Ideal for students/recent graduates in Fashion/Lifestyle Merchandising, Fashion Communication, Product Design, Home Furnishing, or Interior/Product Design, with a genuine interest in home décor and lifestyle products.

What You'll Do

- Assist with product sourcing, supplier identification and coordination
- Support sample development, costing and quotations
- Follow up with suppliers on approvals, revisions, production timelines and dispatches
- Maintain TNA, order status and costing trackers in Excel
- Prepare and analyze Excel-based merchandising reports




- Use AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude to speed up supplier research, report drafting, and daily task efficiency no coding or data analytics background required
- Flag delays, gaps and follow-up requirements across orders

Who We're Looking For

- Mandatory: Education background in Merchandising, Fashion, Lifestyle Design, Product Design, Home Furnishing, or Interior Design (NIFT or similar institute preferred)
- Solid MS Excel skills for trackers, formulas, sorting/filtering
- Comfortable picking up AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for productivity training will be provided if needed
- Analytical, detail-oriented approach to sourcing, costing, and documentation
- Strong communication and follow-up skills; able to manage multiple supplier threads simultaneously
- Freshers welcome; prior merchandising internship experience preferred but not required

What You'll Gain
