Role Description The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations at the Mysore facility, including employee onboarding, documentation, HR records maintenance, and coordination with various departments.

Responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities, assisting in performance management processes, and ensuring timely handling of attendance, leave,



and payroll-related inputs in alignment with company policies. The HR Executive will address employee queries, support employee engagement initiatives, and help maintain a positive and compliant work environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore, requiring close collaboration with management and staff to support business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in HR Operations and HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employee Relations and employee engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance relevant to manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or payroll systems, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on-site in Mysore.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or FMCG sectors is an advantage.
