Job Summary

We are looking for a GxP IT & CSV Engineer – L2 with experience in IT Infrastructure, GxP Applications, Computer System Validation (CSV), and IT Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support GxP applications and IT infrastructure.
- Perform L2 troubleshooting, Server Administration & Active Directory support.
- Handle CSV documentation, validation, CSVMP & software qualification.
- Prepare/review SOPs, QMS and Change Control documentation.
- Manage backup, patching, monitoring and data centre operations.
- Support IT projects, vendors, SLA and inventory management.
- Provide technical support to end users and service engineers.
- Support internal/external audits and GxP compliance.
