What We Are Looking For





We are primarily looking for someone who is used to working in hospitality as the position requires understanding of how operations work. You are good with people and have a positive attitude and valuable problem-solving skills.

You are also comfortable with systems and administrative tasks and with managing a little team and keep them motivated.

Furthermore, we would like you to be able to say yes to the following:

- To provide excellent customer service to our members and guests.
- To deal with membership and carry out administrative duties.
- To ensure the gym areas are maintained to a high standard during each shift.
- Build a good rapport and relationship with all of our members and guests.
- Deal with member enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Manage the door entry and exit system effectively.
- To actively promote and sell the various memberships we have available.
- Promote member challenges and initiatives.
- To maintain and clean all equipment.
- Responsible for the safety and enjoyment of our members whilst using the gym facilities.
- To ensure Safeguarding and Health & Safety procedures are being followed.
- Able to seek solutions and resolve problems, as and when they arise.
