Role Overview:

To process payroll for large multinational companies using ADP / SAP GlobalView application and provide world-class client service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process payroll for large multinational companies using ADP / SAP GlobalView Application
- Provide world-class client service
- Use analytical skills and work with large data sets
- Apply basic accounting skills to maintain payroll-related accounting
- Use soft skills to provide client service that enables the client to become a promoter of ADP
- Problem solving and troubleshooting to resolve payroll-related challenges

Knowledge & Compliance:

- Knowledgeable with in-country payroll legislation and ensure compliance
- Be up to date with legislative changes
- Be abreast with changes in HR operations and current ways of working relationships between employer and employee

Experience & Qualifications:

- Experience in payroll or HR processing
- Experience in working on payroll software such as GlobalView / SAP
- Experience in managing large clients
- Education background in commerce, accounting, or statistics will be helpful
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify solutions
