Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident, well-presented, and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to manage customer interactions and ensure a smooth and professional experience for guests visiting our projects.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. Candidates with experience in hospitality, events, front office, customer service, retail, aviation, or other customer-facing industries will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet customers and guests professionally.
- Manage walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers during their visit and provide basic project information.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer visits and site tours.
- Manage customer registration and maintain visitor records.
- Coordinate and support events, exhibitions, customer meets, and promotional activities.
- Assist in managing guests during events and ensure a smooth experience.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Maintain daily records of walk-ins, site visits, and customer interactions.




- Follow up with customers when required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer experience.
- Support Sales and CRM teams in customer-related activities.
