**Company Description The Core is building a recent kind of women’s fitness platform for India — combining strength, Pilates, breathwork and progressive programming, with a strong focus on women through different stages of life.

We’re looking for a GTM & Growth Strategist who can help us build and scale our subscription business.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We’re looking for someone who understands the full growth engine — from positioning and pricing to acquisition, conversion and retention.

You’ll work on

- Building our GTM strategy for the Indian market
- Developing pricing, packaging and subscription models
- Designing and testing acquisition campaigns
- Building high-converting landing pages and funnels
- Improving trial → paid conversion and retention
- Running experiments across channels and customer segments
- Using data to understand what is working and what isn’t
- Identifying how we can build a strong position in India’s rapidly growing women’s fitness & wellness space

We’d love to meet you if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in B2C/D2C growth, GTM,



consumer tech, fitness, wellness or subscription businesses
- Hands-on experience with pricing, monetisation and conversion optimisation
- A strong understanding of performance marketing and growth funnels
- Experience building/testing landing pages and campaigns
- A highly commercial and analytical mindset
- A genuine understanding of the Indian female consumer
- The ability to move between strategy and execution — we need someone who can actually build and test, not just advise

Experience in fitness, wellness, healthtech, consumer apps or subscription businesses is a big plus.

We’re a small, ambitious team, so this is a role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape the next phase of The Core.
