About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern who is excited about building and executing real-world growth initiatives in a fast-moving mortgage, fintech, and AI-driven environment.

This is not a role limited to posting on social media. You will work closely with the marketing and business teams across content, lead generation, campaigns, advisor engagement, webinars, digital marketing, and growth experiments.

You will get the opportunity to understand how a fintech/mortgage business acquires customers and partners, builds its brand, generates demand, and converts marketing activity into business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

- Support growth marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Research and identify target audiences, including financial advisors, RIAs, loan professionals, and prospective borrowers
- Assist with lead generation and demand generation initiatives
- Create and coordinate content for LinkedIn, social media, email, blogs, landing pages, and other marketing channels
- Support webinars, events, campaigns, and advisor engagement initiatives
- Help develop marketing assets such as posts,



presentations, email campaigns, flyers, and campaign creatives
- Conduct competitor, market, audience, and keyword research
- Support SEO and website content initiatives
- Assist with email marketing and CRM-based campaigns
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports
- Analyze metrics such as leads, engagement, conversion rates, campaign performance, and website traffic
- Help identify growth opportunities through data and customer/audience research
- Work with the team to test new marketing ideas, messaging, channels, and acquisition strategies
- Use AI tools to improve research, content creation, campaign execution, and marketing workflows
- Coordinate with sales and business teams to understand lead quality and improve marketing-to-sales conversion

What We’re Looking For

- Strong interest in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, SaaS, Fintech, or AI
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Interest in content creation and copywriting
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Google Sheets/Excel, LinkedIn, or similar marketing tools is a plus
- Willingness to learn marketing analytics, CRM, SEO, email marketing, and paid campaigns
- Creative mindset with an ability to think of new campaign ideas




- Proactive attitude — someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Comfortable working on-site from our Pune office
