Department/Function

Purpose of the Job

Responsible for establishing and leading the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (TA-CoE) — the in-house pillar of the organization's Talent Acquisition Operating Model (RPO provider + curated preferred partner panel + internal capabilities) — to drive Talent Acquisition strategy, governance, policy framework, process excellence, technology enablement, partner governance, and recruitment analytics across the organization.

The role will define and institutionalize enterprise-wide recruitment standards, operating models, and governance mechanisms while driving optimization of the hybrid Talent Acquisition ecosystem comprising the RPO provider, a curated panel of preferred recruitment partners, and internal stakeholders.

The incumbent will serve as the process owner for SAP SuccessFactors Smart Recruits, owning the end-to-end recruitment process flow within the system, and will be responsible for process effectiveness, system governance, user adoption, reporting, continuous improvements, and all future enhancements aligned to business requirements.

The role carries a broader, talent charter beyond the core TA CoE mandate. Depending on organizational priorities and bandwidth, the incumbent may also support adjacent talent initiatives such as employer branding,



campus and young talent programs, skill assessment and other cross-functional HR/Talent projects — the scope is intended to flex with business need rather than remain fixed.

Major Responsibilities: - (25%)

Talent Acquisition Governance & Policy Framework: Develop and institutionalize enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition policies, governance standards, approval frameworks, controls, and operating guidelines to ensure consistency, compliance, effectiveness, and quality of hiring practices across the organization, and act as the custodian of TA data and decision insights that inform these standards.

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operating Model: (20%)

Define and continuously enhance the Talent Acquisition operating model by establishing explicit roles, accountabilities, service delivery standards, and ways of working across HR, hiring managers, the RPO provider, and preferred recruitment partners.

Technology & Process Ownership (SAP SuccessFactors Smart Recruits): (20%)

Own end-to-end hiring processes and recruitment technology governance by driving process design, workflow optimization, user adoption, requirements management, testing, release management, and ownership of all future system enhancements within SAP SuccessFactors Smart Recruits.

15% Executive Hiring:



Build and institutionalize the executive hiring capability for GG7+ and leadership roles by creating governance frameworks, executive search methodologies, talent mapping approaches, assessment standards, and external search partner management practices. Partner with business and HR leadership to deliver high-quality leadership hiring outcomes, develop proactive talent pipelines, and provide market insights that support long-term workforce and succession strategies.

Recruitment analytics, Vendor & Partner Governance: (10%)

Manage governance and performance effectiveness of the RPO provider and the rationalized panel of preferred recruitment agencies through service reviews, performance scorecards, SLA monitoring, commercial effectiveness, and continuous optimization initiatives.

Continuous Improvement & Capability Building Cross-Functional Talent Initiatives: (10%)

Drive continuous improvement of hiring processes, recruiter capability, hiring manager effectiveness, candidate experience, and operational efficiency through best practices, process redesign, automation, and change management initiatives. Flex into related talent and HR projects as organizational priorities evolve — for example employer branding, campus and young talent programs, and other cross-functional initiatives — reflecting a fungible talent charter beyond the core TA CoE mandate.

Skills

Relevant Experience

●10-15 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, TA Operations, Recruitment Excellence, HR Transformation, or Talent Strategy roles.

Education Qualification(s)

● MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent.

● Certification in HR Technology, Analytics, Project Management, or Process Excellence preferred.

● SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting certification desirable.
