About the Fellowship The Stravyn Hill Growth Fellowship is not a training program you passively sit through. It's a structured, 3-month hands-on experience where you work on live projects, execute real growth strategies, and operate inside an active business workplace, with a dedicated mentor beside you the entire time.

We built this fellowship because the gap between "I studied marketing" and "I can actually do marketing" is where most careers stall. This program exists to close that gap, through real work, real accountability, and real outcomes.

What You'll Actually Do

- Work on live digital marketing and growth projects from Day 1
- Execute campaigns, strategies, and initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Attend weekly 1:1 mentorship sessions with your assigned mentor
- Track and report your own performance against defined benchmarks
- Build a documented portfolio of real work, not case studies, actual output
- Collaborate with the Stravyn Hill team on ongoing client and internal projects

Program Structure Month 1 : Foundation Orientation, goal-setting, and onboarding to your first live project. You establish your 1:1 mentorship rhythm and build the core execution frameworks you'll use throughout the fellowship.

Month 2 : Execution Deep project work with weekly accountability check-ins and performance tracking. This is where real learning happens. Stipend eligibility begins at this stage based on your output.

Month 3 : Ownership You lead. Independent execution, outcome documentation, and portfolio building. Final mentor review and structured transition support for what comes next.

Who We're Looking For

- Someone hungry to do real work, not just add a line to their resume
- A recent graduate, career switcher, or self-taught marketer ready to execute
- Someone coachable, you take feedback seriously and act on it fast
- Someone with the discipline to show up consistently in a remote environment
- Someone who wants proof of work, not just proof of attendance

You do NOT need: a perfect resume, a marketing degree, or prior agency experience. We look for drive, coachability, and commitment above everything else. Eligibility & Requirements

- Able to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken)
- Willing to work on live projects with real stakes and real timelines
- Open to feedback and willing to iterate fast

Compensation This fellowship includes a performance-based stipend beginning from starting. The stipend is not guaranteed it is earned based on your output against defined project benchmarks. Details are shared post-selection based on project scope. Usually performers earns around $500 - $800 in a month.

This is not a fixed salary. It is designed to reward fellows who perform, not just fellows who participate.
