We operate in B2B and institutional business within this segment and have a pan India presence. Our products include single use wooden cutlery, ice-cream sticks and spoons, cake bases, speciality papers, luxury napkins etc. Our prestigious customers include some of the largest brands in the food and ice-cream industry.

Job Overview

Xolopak Group is seeking an exceptional Group Chief People & Organization Architect to serve as the architect of the Group’s talent, leadership, culture, organizational capability and global workforce strategy.

Reporting directly to the Promoters, CEO and Board, the incumbent will be responsible for building a world-class, values-driven and high-performance organization capable of supporting the Group’s long-term growth ambitions in India and globally. This is not a conventional HR leadership role. The position requires a business-oriented leader with deep understanding of organizational design, leadership assessment, talent architecture, capability development, succession planning and culture building across diverse business sectors, including consumer-facing businesses, manufacturing and future growth verticals.

The successful candidate will ensure that the Group attracts, develops and retains exceptional talent while preserving the founding values, ethics and entrepreneurial spirit of the organization

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Talent & Leadership Architecture

- Develop and execute the Group-wide people, leadership and organizational strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Build robust frameworks for talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development and workforce capability.
- Establish clear competency standards, role expectations and leadership benchmarks across all functions and business verticals.
- Partner with Promoters, CEOs and business leaders to ensure the organization has the leadership capacity required for future growth.

2. Organizational Design & Effectiveness

- Design scalable organizational structures that support growth, operational excellence and accountability.
- Continuously assess and monitor organizational effectiveness, decision-making frameworks, spans of control and leadership productivity.
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives, restructuring programs and capability-building efforts.
- Ensure every role across the organization is clearly defined with measurable responsibilities, competencies and outcomes.

3. Learning, Leadership Development & Capability Building

- Create a Group-wide learning and development strategy focused on building future-ready talent.
- Establish leadership development programs, management academies and succession pipelines across all levels.
- Establish an internal training function to train people on their conduct and effectiveness in their roles.
- Develop technical, functional and managerial capability frameworks for all business functions.




- Build systems that enable employees to continuously upgrade their skills and prepare for larger responsibilities.
- Institutionalize coaching, mentoring, executive development and knowledge-sharing practices throughout the Group.
- Create career progression pathways that encourage internal growth and reduce dependence on external hiring for critical leadership positions.
- Prepare a framework for hiring interns, management trainees, and maintain relationships across campuses to make the group as a top employer of choice.

4. Culture, Values & Employer Brand

- Act as the custodian of the Group’s values, culture and leadership philosophy.
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, collaboration, innovation, customer focus and performance excellence.
- Strengthen employee engagement, organizational alignment and employer brand positioning.
- Ensure growth and professionalization are achieved without compromising the Group’s founding ethos

5. Performance, Rewards & Governance

- Develop performance management systems that link accountability, capability and rewards.
- Design competitive compensation and incentive frameworks aligned with business outcomes.
- Establish strong governance standards across all people-related decisions.
- Provide strategic guidance to the Board on executive compensation, succession planning and leadership effectiveness.

6. Global Workforce & International Expansion

- Develop talent strategies that support international growth and global operations.
- Build leadership teams capable of operating across India, Asia-Pacific, Europe and other future markets.
- Establish global workforce frameworks, cross-cultural leadership capabilities and international talent mobility programs.
- Support international hiring, workforce planning and leadership deployment initiatives.
- Ensure brand builds strong connections with leading colleges and universities across reputed global institutions, to strengthen talent acquisition, internships, industry collaborations and campus engagement

7. Board, Promoter & Stakeholder Partnership

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Promoters, CEO and Board on matters relating to talent, leadership, culture and organizational effectiveness.
- Be instrumental in establishing a high governance board for smooth and effective functioning of the company
- Provide independent and objective recommendations regarding senior leadership appointments and organizational structures.
- Establish board committees and monitor their work, progress and effectiveness
- Identify and mitigate long-term organizational and leadership risks.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- 20+ years of progressive leadership experience,



including significant experience as CHRO, Group CHRO or equivalent leadership role in large and professionally managed organizations.
- Demonstrated experience across complex business environments, preferably including manufacturing, consumer-facing businesses, industrial products, financial services or diversified business groups.
- Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to understand operational, financial and strategic drivers of business performance.
- Proven success in leadership development, succession planning, organization building, capability development and cultural transformation.
- The incumbent should be someone who dreams and desires to build an ideal organization and needs platform to build one
- Experience establishing and managing talent strategies across multiple geographies and international markets.
- Strong track record of partnering with Boards, Promoters, CEOs and senior leadership teams.
- Experience in scaling organizations, professionalizing businesses and building leadership pipelines for growth.
- Exposure to international expansion, M&A; integration, organizational transformation and large-scale change management initiatives will be advantageous.
