Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 5+ years of professional experience to create compelling visual assets across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of premium brand aesthetics, excellent design fundamentals, and the ability to translate marketing and business objectives into impactful creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality designs for digital and print marketing materials.
- Develop creatives for social media, website, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, clinic collaterals, and advertisements.
- Maintain consistency across The Wellness Co.'s visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Business Development, and Operations teams to understand creative requirements.
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns from initial idea through final delivery.
- Present design concepts and confidently explain the rationale behind creative decisions.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay updated with design trends, wellness branding, and evolving digital design practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Figma is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems.
- Experience presenting creative work and defending design decisions with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.

Nice to Have:
- Motion graphics and video editing skills using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
- UI/UX design experience.
- Illustration skills.
- Previous experience working with a wellness, healthcare, lifestyle, or premium consumer brand.
