About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team at Suspire, with the role working primarily on Jainee D., our newly launched sister fashion brand, while also supporting select creative projects for Suspire.

Most of your day-to-day work will involve helping shape how Jainee D. looks, feels and communicates across social media and digital platforms - from everyday Instagram content and collection storytelling to campaign concepts, launches, shoots and brand assets.

You’ll also get exposure to Suspire’s creative ecosystem, contributing to select social media,

branding, advertising and campaign requirements.

Jainee D. is a contemporary Indian occasionwear label built around conscious luxury,

craft and clothing that feels as considered as it looks.

The brand brings together Indian festive silhouettes, intricate handcraft and a rare plant-based silk to create pieces designed with a slower, more thoughtful approach to luxury.

Its visual world sits at the intersection of fashion, Indian craft, culture, material storytelling and contemporary editorial design.

From collection launches and garment details to atelier stories, festive moments, bespoke dressing and the people behind each piece, there is a rich visual universe for you to help build.

The Team You’ll Join

You’ll work closely with a small,



fast-moving team across creative, social media,

marketing, content and brand.

Because Jainee D. is at an early stage of building its visual identity and audience, you won’t just be maintaining an established social feed. You’ll get to participate in defining how the brand shows up.

What You’ll Work On

Social Media Design

- Designing creatives for Jainee D.’s Instagram, including posts, carousels, stories,

launch content and other social formats.
- Contribute ideas for Reels, short-form videos and social-first storytelling.
- Help maintain a cohesive and recognisable visual language across the feed.

Creative & Design

- Design social media creatives, campaign assets, collection graphics, website UI

design and banners, advertisements and digital brand collaterals.
- Create layouts using strong typography, composition, image selection and

hierarchy.

- Support occasional print and offline requirements such as invitations, event collateral,

lookbooks, signage or launch material.
- Adapt creative ideas across different dimensions and platforms without losing the

original visual intent. AI-Assisted Creative

- Use AI image-generation and creative tools to explore campaign worlds, fashion

imagery, compositions, backgrounds and visual concepts.
- Write and refine prompts to achieve more controlled, realistic and brand-appropriate

outputs..
- Refine AI-generated imagery using Adobe tools for details, texture, lighting,

shadows, proportions and realism.
- Help us continuously improve repeatable AI + design workflows.

Who You Are

- Have a strong instinct for fashion, visual culture, typography, imagery and

composition.

- Enjoy working on social media but want to think beyond trending templates.

Can recognise the difference between something that is technically well-designed and something that actually feels premium and considered.

- Are excited by the intersection of fashion, design, culture, storytelling and AI.
- Like experimenting, but also have the patience to keep refining something until the

details feel right.
- Want to see your work go from idea → concept → execution → live brand

creative.

- Are comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
- This is a hands-on, execution-heavy internship. Your work will be created for real brands,

real campaigns and real audiences.

Education

Students or recent graduates from backgrounds such as:

Graphic Design · Visual Communication · Fashion Communication are preferred.

However, a strong portfolio, visual instinct and willingness to learn matter more to us than the exact name of your degree.
