The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating professional and engaging visual content for the hospital's branding, marketing, patient awareness, internal communication, social media, digital platforms, and promotional activities. The role requires understanding of healthcare communication and the ability to present medical information in a clear, attractive, and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Design posters, banners, brochures, flyers, standees, certificates, invitations, and other hospital promotional materials.
- Create creative content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Design health awareness posters, medical campaign creatives, department promotions, health camp materials, and patient education content.
- Develop graphics for hospital events, special days, awareness programs, medical camps, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare designs for internal hospital communication such as notices, announcements, training materials, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain consistency in hospital branding, including logos, colours, fonts, and design standards.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, HR, Administration, and Clinical Departments to understand design requirements.
- Edit photographs, videos, reels, and other digital content as required.
- Ensure medical and healthcare-related content is presented accurately and professionally.
- Adapt designs according to different formats and platforms, including print and digital media.
- Coordinate with printing vendors and ensure the quality of printed materials.




- Maintain organized records of design files, templates, photographs, and creative assets.
- Support the hospital's digital marketing and branding initiatives.
- Ensure all promotional materials are reviewed and approved by the concerned department before publication.
- Handle multiple design assignments within specified timelines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Diploma qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in graphic designing, preferably in a hospital, healthcare, medical, or corporate environment.
- Robust knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual communication.

Technical Skills Proficiency in one or more of the following:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- CorelDRAW
- Canva
- Adobe Premiere Pro / other video-editing software – added advantage
- Basic knowledge of social media content creation and digital marketing
