Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Suryan FM is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for on-air promotions, social media campaigns, event collaterals, and digital marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. This role involves developing concepts, layouts, and illustrations that support programming themes, brand campaigns, and listener engagement initiatives.

programming, and digital teams, manage multiple design requests, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines. The role also includes preparing files for print and digital use, staying updated on design trends, and contributing creative ideas to enhance the station’s visual identity.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of strong experience in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital media.
- Ability to create Logo Design and Branding materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design for promotional and marketing assets.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, visual storytelling, and brand-focused design work.
- Ability to work in office in Chennai, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in media, entertainment, or radio industry is an advantage, along with familiarity with Tamil-language content.
