Role Description The Graphic Designer will work in office in Coimbatore in a full-time capacity, creating visual assets that support branding and marketing efforts for Sri Baby Properties’ residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics for digital and print materials, developing property brochures, social media creatives, advertisements, signage, and presentations. The role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to understand project goals, translating concepts into clear visual communication,



and maintaining consistent brand identity across all materials.

The Graphic

Designer will also prepare files for production, coordinate with external vendors when required, and stay updated on design trends relevant to real estate and property marketing.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with experience creating visual materials for marketing and branding.
- Ability to develop and refine Branding and Logo Design elements that represent the company and individual projects consistently.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout, ensuring clear, engaging, and legible designs across digital and print formats.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality design work, ideally including real estate, architecture, or related industries.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
