First500days is a startup venture studio and consulting company helping founders build, launch, and grow their businesses across startup strategy, product development, AI, technology, marketing, and growth.

We are looking for a creative and execution-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Associate to help build and manage our digital presence across Instagram and LinkedIn.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual and video content and supporting the growth of First500days' social media presence.

This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the founder and marketing team to turn ideas, insights, and business content into engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Create Instagram and LinkedIn posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, and marketing creatives.
- Convert ideas and written content into visually engaging designs.
- Maintain consistency with First500days' brand identity.
- Experiment with new creative formats and design styles.

Video & Reels
- Create and edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Edit founder videos, interviews, podcasts, and other content into engaging clips.
- Add captions, transitions, animations, music,



and other visual elements.
- Create basic motion graphics where required.

Social Media
- Support day-to-day management of Instagram & LinkedIn.
- Create and publish social media content.
- Research trends, topics, hooks, and content formats.
- Maintain a content calendar.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements.
- Proactively suggest new content ideas.

Key Skills Required

Graphic Design

- Strong hands-on design skills.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Video Editing

- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Ability to create engaging short-form videos and Reels.

Social Media

- Good understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn.
- Understanding of social media trends, hooks, formats, and basic analytics.

Ideal Candidate
