About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and visually driven Graphic Designer who can combine strong design fundamentals, creative thinking, modern design tools, and AI-powered creative technologies to create compelling visual communication.

This role is ideal for someone who can take an idea from concept to execution and create premium, contemporary, and impactful creatives that stand out across digital and print platforms.

Please note: This is not a UI/UX, Product Design, or Web Design role. Candidates from these backgrounds may be considered for future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, marketing campaigns, advertisements, events, and print materials.
- Translate campaign objectives and ideas into strong visual concepts and stories.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned visual content.
- Work closely with the branding, marketing, and content teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Use AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, visual development, production, and overall design output.
- Explore new design trends, AI workflows, tools, and visual styles to continuously improve creative quality.
- Maintain consistency across brand communication and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and platforms while maintaining visual impact.
- Manage multiple creative requirements and deliver work within timelines.

What We're Looking For




- 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work in branding, advertising, marketing communication, campaigns, or social media.
- Robust understanding of typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy, and brand aesthetics.
- Excellent conceptual thinking and the ability to convert ideas into compelling visual stories.
- Strong proficiency in relevant graphic design and creative tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative and design tools.
- A strong eye for premium, contemporary, clean, and impactful design.
- Ability to understand briefs and independently develop creative directions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Healthcare / hospital branding experience is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Design Tools & AI SkillsCandidates with experience in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and AI-powered creative tools are encouraged to apply. We are particularly interested in designers who know how to combine traditional design expertise + creative technology + AI to produce better and more distinctive visual outcomes.
