Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer – Packaging to join our team on-site in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in packaging design, artwork development, prepress, and print production. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing creative packaging concepts, preparing accurate print-ready artwork, creating and verifying packaging keylines/dielines, and ensuring designs meet both branding and production requirements.

The role requires close coordination with the production, prepress, marketing, and management teams to ensure packaging artwork is visually appealing, technically accurate, and ready for smooth production.

Key Responsibilities

- Create innovative and professional designs for cartons, labels, corrugated boxes, rigid boxes, and other packaging formats.
- Develop packaging concepts and artwork according to customer requirements and brand guidelines.
- Create, edit, and verify packaging keylines/dielines using ArtiosCAD and other relevant software.
- Prepare accurate print-ready artwork for production.
- Ensure accuracy of dimensions, text, barcodes, colors, bleed, layouts,



and other technical specifications.
- Handle artwork adaptations, revisions, and corrections based on customer and production requirements.
- Maintain brand consistency across packaging designs and product ranges.
- Coordinate with prepress and production teams to ensure artwork is technically suitable for printing and manufacturing.
- Understand and apply requirements related to offset, digital, and screen printing processes.
- Review and proof artwork carefully before final approval and production.
- Work with different packaging materials, including paperboard, corrugated board, labels, and related substrates.
- Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timelines.

Qualifications

- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably with strong experience in packaging design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Working knowledge and experience with ArtiosCAD for packaging keylines/dielines.
- Strong understanding of prepress processes, print-ready artwork, color management, bleed, and printing specifications.
- Knowledge of offset, digital, and screen printing processes.
- Good understanding of packaging materials, structures, and production requirements.
- Solid attention to detail, particularly regarding dimensions, text, barcodes, colors, and artwork specifications.
- Excellent creativity, visualization, branding, and design skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with production and other internal teams.
- Ability to independently manage packaging artwork from concept through final production.
