About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs across digital and offline marketing platforms, with a strong understanding of branding and social media communication.

Candidates with experience in the Real Estate or Marketing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, and promotional designs.
- Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, projects, events, and launches.
- Design branding materials, presentations, brochures, flyers, standees, and other marketing collaterals.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs within timelines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline communication.
- Create innovative visual concepts based on campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes for various digital platforms.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and digital marketing creatives.




- Manage multiple creative requirements while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

- Strong skills in Graphic Designing and Visual Communication.
- Experience in creating Social Media Creatives and Digital Ads.
- Good understanding of Branding and Marketing Collaterals.
- Strong presentation design skills.
- Good sense of typography, layout, colour combinations, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into creative visual concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- 24 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design.
- Experience in Real Estate, Marketing, Advertising, or a related industry will be preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, digital ads, branding, presentations, and marketing materials is required.

Compensation CTC: As per market standards and candidate's experience.
