Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and professional designs for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Design day-to-day social media creatives including company posts, festival creatives, birthdays, anniversaries, employee engagement posts, announcements, and promotional content.
- Create visually appealing blog banners, article covers, campaign creatives, infographics, and marketing materials.
- Develop designs that are consistent with ProweSolution's brand identity, colours, fonts, and visual guidelines.
- Work closely with the HR, Marketing, and Business teams to understand requirements and convert ideas into effective visual content.
- Create multiple design concepts when required and incorporate feedback professionally.
- Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms and formats while maintaining visual quality.
- Maintain an organised library of design assets, templates, brand elements, and source files.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, typography, layouts, and visual communication practices.
- Explore and learn new design tools, techniques, and creative workflows to continuously improve the quality of work.

Skills & Requirements

- 6 months–1 year of experience in Graphic Design.
- Strong creative thinking and a good eye for layout, typography, colours, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Hands-on knowledge of multiple design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or similar tools.




- Should be able to create designs independently from a brief rather than relying entirely on ready-made templates.
- AI tools can be used as a supporting tool, but the candidate should have solid independent design skills and should not rely solely on AI-generated designs.
- Good understanding of social media creative requirements and dimensions.
- Ability to understand a brand's visual identity and maintain consistency across different creatives.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and willingness to revise designs based on feedback.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to experiment with new ideas and tools.
- Prior experience working in an IT/software company is an added advantage.
